LifeSphere Safety and Regulatory platforms continue to deploy the latest advanced technology to improve and streamline workflows, drive efficiencies, and reduce costs, and more organizations are adopting the solutions. During the first half of 2024, ArisGlobal reports impressive customer growth, including:

• Eight net new, top tier pharma LifeSphere customers, January through June;

• Existing customers continue to benefit and expand their footprint with LifeSphere, reflecting an 88% increase YoY.

• Significant customer growth in the Asia Pacific region; 300% YoY increase in new customers in APAC.

In December 2023, ArisGlobal announced LifeSphere NavaX, the company’s next-generation cognitive computing engine to expedite R&D IT digitization by leveraging advanced technologies including Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI (Gen AI).

Since then, the company has introduced advanced products and features across LifeSphere Safety and Regulatory offerings bringing customers over 50% efficiency gains with 90% accuracy, including:

• Advanced Intake – The industry’s most advanced solution for automating the collection of safety data; revolutionizing the traditional approach to adverse event case intake with the application of Dynamic Data Extraction and Narrative Generation technologies.

• Regulatory Intelligence – Improves efficiency in capturing, processing, and distribution of regulatory intelligence reducing non-compliance risks and improving decision-making through automation; leverages Dynamic Data Extraction.

As these new offerings are developed and come to market, ArisGlobal has established an Early Adopters Program, a select group of 10 global pharma committed to beta-testing, providing real-time feedback, and ultimately leveraging the new functionalities in production.
